FALL-BALL

Fall Ball begins with the annual meeting (mandatory) for all new and returning players. Specifics are announced in mid August. Fall Conditioning begins the day after the annual meeting and is lead by upperclassmen. Work-outs consist of distance runs, weight lifting, and sprint work. Fall Ball Field Work begins in early October and ends in Mid November. Fundraisers and team socials are held through out the fall.

 

The Field Practice Schedule is not determined by the University until mid to late August. As soon as the information is relayed to Coach Holman it is posted on Athleon and emailed out to all players. Typically we go with one afternoon during the week, Friday late afternoon, and Saturday mornings.

 

Incoming Freshmen are encouraged to register for 15 units in the fall and 12 units in the spring. This should allow you to get your new study habits in line with the demands of college level work.
